So, my name is Dennis Choo Jia Shen and no, I'm not a Christian but a pure Buddist Chinese. My English name was given by my parents just to make me literally "different" from others haha. I'm from Seremban, which i think it's a city famous for nothing compare to other cities. And of course it's an extremely boring place to stay. I have 4 siblings including myself and I'm the second child in the family. The eldest sibling is Karyn Choo aged 21 and currently studying law in ATC. Third child will be my brother Daryl Choo 18 who is still studying Form 6 as well. Last is my youngest sister Carmen Choo who will be sitting for her PMR examination soon.
Choo Chee Yuen, that is my Dad's who just celebrated his 50th birthday. His occupation is a businessman and he started developing his business in Cambodia two years ago. So he is now currenty staying there but he comes back every 2 months though. My mom Ong Lai Foon, she is just 1 year younger than my dad. She is a housewife which I consider is a professional job.
Ok now, back to myself. I'm 20 this year which also means I took STPM in SMK KGV during the year 2012. I would say the result was quite satisfying and lucky. I spent my primary era in a Chinese school named SJK (C) Kuo Min then I went to SMK Seremban 2 to finish my PMR. During Form 4, I transferred to a English school , SMK St. Paul. Although I'm a Chinese and studied in a Chinese school but my Chinese is just really bad due to years of not practicing it.
My hobby is umm... watching television, perhaps. Yea I know it's kinda lame "hobby". I watch all kinds of shows as long as they are shows but my favourites are definitely the Korean variety shows, they can just make you laugh till u drop especially Running Man! But everyone have different taste though. Have you heard of How I Met Your Mother?? yea they are my favourite too. So overall I like funny shows not sad and emo ones. In sports, I play squash and I played for my state for a period of time but I'm don't think I"m really that good compare to others. I stopped practiscing squash for quite a long time, I think I last trained was in year 2009. Since coming to UKM, I guess I have to start practicing cause they are asking me to play for the university. I often listen to EDM, just in case you don't know what's that, it's Electronic Dance Music played by DJs. Hardwell would be my idol, you can try to search for his songs on youtube. And the 'rave' I mentioned is when a dj comes for a concert. The beats, the base...I just love them and sometimes I listen to some k-pop too, they are quite catchy though.
So, this is a tiny introduction of me and it's my first time writing a blog. I'm required to write two posts weekly but i have doubts in myself for the consistency so let's just hope I'll be able to accomplish this task.
